LARGE GROUP PILATES EQUIPMENT
This session makes use of Reformers, Towers, and Pilates props. With up to five clients on one apparatus and up to five clients on another apparatus, the instructor will clearly cue each group through its breathing and technique. You will switch at the halfway point, repeating the other set of exercises.

JUMPBOARD AND ABS
This session will shake you to your core and challenge your cardiovascular system with a 55 minute abdominal workout that uses Pilates props and jumpboards. Carefully selected abdominal exercises will tighten your abdominal muscles, strengthen your back, and promote proper postural alignment. The simultaneous use of the jumpboard increases caloric burn and tone your legs.

This session is a 25 minute full body and cardiovascular workout that uses hand weights and the Pilates jumpboard.
